I really enjoyed my appointment there and the Service was Top Notch. The Techs were really great and helpful when it came time to pick out my Eyewear and assisted me with picking out frames that fit my Face and what I needed to do when choosing frames. The processing of my Insurance benefits went smoothly they took care of everything and let me know what other benefits my Vision plans offered. I got Great Pairs of glasses yes 2 pair of Designer's eyeglasses with benefits, discounts and sales my out of pocket cost was 150.00 .,

Even though it is in a mall, Sterling Optical in Greece Ridge Mall has an almost “small town” vibe to me. I have been going to them for many years now and have never had a negative experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that the contacts and eyeglasses I choose work well and fit my budget. The environment is clean and everyone is very experienced and knowledgeable. The doctors take their time to explain things to you and make just the right adjustments to ensure that you leave satisfied. I have been going to Sterling Optical for years now. Everyone who works there is absolutely great. Their customer service, pricing, and availability always make me happy. I always feel valued as a patient there. I highly recommend them.
