But when the representative from Carter Exteriors came to my home to explain things to me and give me a quote, I knew I was in good hands. As the time came to do the job, Austin Carter coordinated with me about the best time to start, and he sent the most congenial and hard-working crew. Very expert at the job with a minimum of fuss and noise. Four really respectful and nice guys who worked hard and were polite. I would give Carter Exteriors a six -star rating. “We had American Custom do a very large project for us, renovating the entire first floor, as well as new windows, doors and siding. Steve was fantastic to work with in putting the project together. We had a tight timeline due to an upcoming birth and they were able to meet it for us. The interior team, headed by Juan and including Sage and Brian, was incredible and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the work was done right. “Chris, who oversees the roofing division & Karen, the office manager, have been wonderful! I took over the family homestead. The roof had been put on by a family member, and I have had a lot of issues with it. Fulmer put on a new flat roof to correct the first issue Then nearly 15 years later the roof was leaking around the vents and chimney. Chris told me to fix each vent area would cost as much as a new roof. A new roof was put on, and it looks great! Then two years later, the flat roof once again became an issue and Chris suggested that we peak the roof in that area. He said that flat roofs just cannot stand up to Western New York weather. I am close to retirement and don't want to constantly be worried about the roof. The flat roof has always been an issue, and it was time to put an end to it. Fulmer just did the work. My roofline has been altered, but it still looks great. The guys who did the work, were very efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. A big thanks to Chris and Karen who have always gone out of their way for me, and it is greatly appreciated!“

“Horrendous service and quality of work, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Called them last year when we had 2 leaks inside from ice dams. It took ME MANY weeks of phone calls to both the one who did the quotr and the office to actually get the quote to my insurance. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do the "work." I should've known then due to the awful service and communication or lack thereof. They came out and said roof looked great and they'd fix the inside that needed work in 2 different spots. I worked with my insurance for the claim. I wrote a review last year but it was deleted. Somehow they claimed they cut out all the bad dry wall on ceilings, replaced, sanded and painted all in 1 day while my wife was working downstairs and never heard any noise but their radio. They just sanded and painted and didn't fix anything. Owner came out and told us we didn't know what we were talking about and we had to take their word that it was fixed. Fast forward to a year later, yellow circles and mold on the inside spots that they "fixed" and we get a roof quote and 2 different companies are amazed that Patriot said our roof looked great because it needs to be replaced and they were appalled when we said it was supposedly fixed on the inside and there's yellow circles showing nothing was fixed just painted over. This company has plenty of other bad reviews but don't waste any money on them, they're rude and don't fix anything. They could offer me a free roof and I'd turn it down and gladly pay a company full price for quality work and great customer service. Don't make the same mistake I did and rely on Patriot.“

“Had wind damage to the back of my house , damaged the siding. Jordan gave me an estimate that was $3,000 less than the other estimates. Had the complete back of the house done. The crew started the job at 8 am and finished at 5 pm. Everything was good,and the clean up was great. It has been 6 months and the house looks great“
