“Todd Jones and crew did a real nice job transforming our Webster village home with a new roof, windows and siding. Todd was the only one of three or four contractors we inquired with to actually create a professional written estimate, complete with a break down of costs, insurance information, and referrals. His price was fair, the quality of materials good, and his willingness to make fair adjustments was appreciated! When they removed our old cedar siding they found a substantial amount of rotted wood; and they repaired what looked like could cost a ton more for very minimal extra expenditure....and In the end came very close to their initial estimate. There were some mistakes and delays; some were due to genuine mistakes by the crew. Some were due to the hold ups of the quarantine shut downs. Both were expected with a job of this size...because we are human. When we ran into problems, Todd was conscientious and reasonable in dealing with the issues as they arose. In the end, I found them pleasant and accommodating, professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend Todd Jones Custom Construction to my friends in Webster!Services: Roof repair“

“When Jesse arrived to discuss the siding estimate for my house, I had a two-page punch list of other items I wanted to address in addition to replacing the siding. The list included things such as removing the brick skirt in front, squaring off the garage door opening, removing gable vents, installing new storm doors, and replacing a side door into the garage with a window. I think he was a little surprised by the list of additional work, but we walked through everything with me and said he’d work with his boss to come up with an estimate that included all the work. When I received the final estimate, I was happy with the detailed cost breakdown and the very reasonable grand total. I also liked the type of siding they used, Charter Oak, since it was higher quality than other brands I’d looked at and offered many more color options. So, I happily accepted the proposal.Jesse was a real trooper from start to finish and stayed in touch with me about any changes or issues. He also provided me with some examples of buildings that used the siding colors I was considering so I could see how they looked before I made my final choice. I really appreciated that since picking a color for a whole house can be a bit stressful.Once the siding work began, I was amazed by how fast the work went. The siding crew was at the house by 7 AM every day and stayed until it started getting dark, taking time to clean up the site at the end of every day. The crew was outstanding, working very hard and reaching out to Jesse quickly whenever they found any issues uncovered by removing the old materials so the project could stay on track. As a result, the job was done in five days!Many neighbors have given me a thumbs up on my new blue house, and contractors working on other projects for the house have also commented on the excellent quality of the work. We had new siding installed on our home and were thoroughly pleased with the entire process from the initial meeting with John for the estimate to the daily monitoring from Jenny as the work progressed to Tom and his crew for their meticulous attention to detail and superior craftsmanship over every part of our home.In case that’s not enough validation to go with Trinity, they definitely stand by their work. After recent high winds a panel of siding came loose at one end and along a seam. I texted Jenny a picture of the panel and she responded an hour later. Not only was this about a year after completion, but it was also over a weekend! Additionally, she passed the info to Tom and he came the next day and fixed the panel.I am totally satisfied with our choice of Trinity and absolutely recommend them for any home improvement needs.“

“I had Marty Kaptein install some windows in my house and I couldn't have been happier. They were on time (7:30am) to the minute almost which is very important to me. They set everything up in about 1/2 hour and got to work. Very professional, friendly and a great communicator. Nice people to work with. He even spend time with me after the job was over to shoot the breeze with me for a while. Introduced himself to my wife AFTER I forgot to. A real gentleman. Price was very fair too.“

“For years, the wind, rainstorm and elements were battering my less than six (6) year old roof. Shingle by shingles fell. This was supposedly a Corning Roof put on a new construction. It's been four (4) yrs later, not one shingle has blown in the wind. I would gladly recommend & hire them. Courteous & Responsible! A lil messy but get it in & out. Clean up good, too! Much Appreciation!“
