I had a great experience with Dragon Computer Tech. I was traveling in Rochester and this company had the most positive reviews. Zeev was able to help my water damaged laptop. He traveled to my hotel to meet in the lobby and pick up the computer and shipped it back to me. It was a great experience and I’d recommend Dragon Computer Tech to anyone who needs technology help!

5/5 stars for Zeev. On a Sunday, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule the same day, diagnose my issue (partially corrupted hard drive), and replace the hard drive and install a fresh operating system all in the same day. He was also able to recover many of the photos and documents from the corrupted hard drive and was very reasonable in his pricing. A very fair businessman who charges according to results. Will be back (hopefully not soon).

Fixed 2 of my computers in 1 day! Quick response and turnaround. Good prices as well. I will bring my computers here to get fixed in the future and would recommend to anyone who needs their computers repaired. Very satisfied.
