Absolutely extraordinary service! Marc knows SO MUCH about computers and the industry and he makes sure that you are not paying for the many, many scams out there that you think are legitimate. Using annual subscription for Microsoft Office? Don't! There is a free product out there that works as well that is free. Would never have known that without Marc. My computer was filled with stuff that Apple had attacked my computer with. Marc and his intern spent 4 hours stripping it off. I met Mark through a friend and asked him to come over to look at my iMac. As his website says, he has a wealth of information and is able to discuss what he does in simple language. Simple enough for a novice like me to understand. He has started to unravel all of the extra data that doesn't belong on my machine while storing the important data in a way that outside parties can not access. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who feels venerable to the spyware and other programs that prey on all of us.Richie H.
