Through working with Deanne, he now has a strong foundation in training and can walk through busy NYC streets with few issues. He also LOVES Deanne and her training sessions. “I am a long-time client of both Riverside Vet South and North. I adopted Jacques and Jolie (siblings) from RVN in 2008. My 15-yo kitty Jacques came in this week to RVS for a dental. The vet was Dr. East who has helped me in very difficult moments with my kitties - and I have to say the experience was beyond my expectations. The staff's communication was spot-on and they clearly had Jacques' best interests in mind. Dr. East (as always , so compassionate) made excellent recommendations and spent a lot of time discussing everything with me. I feel that Jacques is in the best of hands going forward (as is my new kitty Mingus!).“

“First grooming experience for my mini golden doodle. Called in based on previous reviews - I wanted to see first hand what the place was like before just booking anywhere. The smell as you enter is so fresh and clean ..smells like a spa I would go to! I was greeted by Kaitlyn at the door and shown around the facilities. After providing vaccine records and completing forms my Bridget was scheduled in an hour later. Vivi greeted Bridget, listened to what cut I wanted and took her back, simply and easy and very welcoming! I collected Bridget 2hrs later and was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED. I will be back and recommend anyone who fears their little one may be a little nervous to take them here. They will work their magic!“

“They have been great. I bring my dog here for daycare when I work, 2-3x a week. Very affordable!!! I also live close enough that they walk him home for just an extra 5$, for days I may work past 5-6. So helpful!!! I only wish they gave discounts after coming so much, like a punch card because I never can afford or have the mind to order a package prior, I freelance so I don't always know when I will work or stop working. I also just wish they had a camera or some sort of way to check up on him when I'm at work, but still a great place, with no real complaints just suggestions! I also love watching their Instagram as well with all the events they promote and doggie pics, of course.“
