I originally planned to have three rooms refinished, but due to some unexpected complications, I couldn’t clear out the third room in time. I was really worried I’d be double charged or have to schedule a whole new job. But Goldstar Floors completely put my mind at ease. Kevin worked with me and gave a very fair, honest price for his crew to return later and finish that third room—no stress, no games, just real professionalism.

On the first day, I still had a large dresser in one of the rooms, positioned awkwardly near the staircase. Without hesitation, the team helped me carefully move it and maneuvered all their equipment around it smoothly. These guys are not only strong—they’re incredibly respectful and mindful of your home. They went above and beyond.

What really stood out was when, midway through the day, a gentleman named Roger stopped by. It was clear he was checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy with the work. That kind of accountability and attention to customer satisfaction says everything about the kind of company Goldstar is.

This review is being posted three months after the job was done so that I could give an honest assessment after the sugar high has passed and also as to how the work would hold up.

First, the work looked great when they finished. My 20 + year old marble shower looked better than when it was new. These guys know marble.

Some minor issues in grouting developed since then. They quickly returned to repair.

Will knows his stuff and is a just a pleasure to have in your house. Vicky is a professional all the way; great advice, kept appointments and a smile you can hear over the phone.

This is what I call a stand up business. Hire them with confidence.“
