He even took the lead in coordinating with the HOA. Being new to the Manhattan condo procedures, it was amazing to have someone like Adam helping us complete our forms (which he did not need to do) rather than simply providing the insurance COIs requested. He sent us photos and communicated along the entire job. He was knowledgeable and educated us along the way about our floors and repair options.
