I was so pleased with the help that I got from Special Touch supervisor Marlen Pena who went above and beyond to assist me in getting the ball rolling for my mother-in-law's aids. She accomplished in one day what I couldn't get resolved in a month. She was very patient with my questions and went back-and-forth until I was satisfied. Because of her, my mother-in-law will be getting her help sooner rather than later. I truly appreciated her help. Also, Brenda in the Queens Special Touch office was amazing. She also went above and beyond her call of duty to help resolve my issues. Thank you ladies. The employment force needs more people like you who are truly dedicated to what they do.🙏
