“Superb! I called and spoke with Lisa. She placed my nerves at ease right away and addressed my concerns. My partner and I moved from a roach free Ridgewood apartment to one with occasional roaches in Glendale. I was doing everything I could to prevent them, but it still wasn’t enough. Every other week I would see baby and adult roaches despite my best efforts. Lisa explained the process in detail and assured me that my Senior cat would be ok during the extermination.
