I had a phenomenal experience with this company for an ambitious renovation of my apartment in Manhattan. When looking for a contractor, you want someone who is not only an excellent carpenter, but also a patient, creative, and solutions oriented individual. When I unfortunately encountered problems with materials delivered to me, none the fault of GB Renovation, I was grateful to have Nico and his team by my side. They came up with low cost alterations and ingenuous modifications for a beautiful final product, saving me thousands of dollars and months of delays. They expertly executed a difficult project while collaborating effectively with building management, implementing COVID safety protocols, and keeping to schedule. They are not only good at what they do- they are good, honest people who do not lose their resolve when obstacles arise. I feel lucky to have found him, and thank you for delivering the apartment of my dreams! Nico is one of a kind and I highly recommend his services.
