DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS HAIR SHOP EVER PLEASE!!!! I went in one week before my appointment to show the woman my hair she said that the starting price was $120 and that she knew the style I wanted and for me to come back the following Saturday at 10 am I come at 10 am and the hairdressers are more than half an hour late and the salon isn’t open and not only that I do not have a lady even touching my hair until nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes later after that they decided to tell me that now they’re starting price is $200 which was not agreed but the woman lied and said that I wanted my hair braided back and that’s now I’ve changed it to single plats at the back ...read full review

If I could give 0 stars I wouldThe lady in the first chair with the lips ? is very rude they braid tight and too pricey once day I got two braids I hated it I took it out they do your hair how they want to NOT WHAT you want

I walked in on a Monday made an appointment for Thursday and was told to come at 10am . Got there, sat and waited for my appointment time. The owner stated that appointment time didn’t matter because two people walk in before me. I started to question why make appointment then if you are not planning on keeping them. The stylist then walked in that made the appointment with me and was directed to start another customer hair by the owner. I was told that another Braider/stylist was called and should be there, but I left on principle. Plus this place is more pricey than anywhere else in Queens so why would I have stayed after that. Very disappointed!
