Called Sunday .. upstairs air conditioner did not work. They showed up Monday morning and David fixed the issue promptly by replacing a part. I have been dealing with this company since we bought our home in Larchmont in 2020. The previous owner recommended them and we continued service with them. I am impressed with there integrity , service and responsiveness.

A/C stopped functioning on a Friday morning in the middle of our August heatwave. Jose’ who manages the service department responded impressively to our distress call and had the issue assessed the same day . Chris Hutchins the owner worked over the weekend to find the best solution from an availability and price standpoint.The new unit was delivered AND installed in 3days. Cannot speak highly enough about Polytemp. Chris was incredibly easy to work with- and the technicians (Julio and Dave) were beyond amazing. What is most impressive is not the quality of work (excellent), or the incredibly fair pricing; but rather even though my “job” is complete they continue to provide just as good customer support and answer any and all of my questions.
