153 Broadway Suite 1, Hawthorne“Dr. Merai is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is very thorough, asks lots of questions, and looks at all aspects of your health. She recommended supplements that have helped me feel much better and her adjustments always help any pain that I have. She cares about her patients and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go see her. If I lived in the area, she would definitely be my main health care provider, I have just had the pleasure of seeing her a few times when I have been in Hawthorne. Dr. Merai knows what she's talking about and cares about her patients. A great holistic healthcare professional!“
“Receiving PT services here are truly remarkable. Stephanie and Johnnie listen to my concerns and are attentive to my needs. Making appointments is simple and dealing with the staff is always a pleasure. The office is always clean. Highly recommend!“

Andrea Gurciello treated me with acupuncture and has helped my foot injury in so many ways, I finally feel like I am able to return to an active pain-free lifestyle. Andrea really tailors your acupuncture treatment toward whatever health goals you have. Katalin Simon in Armonk is the best massage therapist I have ever been to, she is so skilled and really helped my foot and shoulder as well as soreness from working out. Caitlin Policastro at Nusoma (Armonk) is so kind and can help with various health concerns through oxidative therapies, IV infusions, IM injections, etc. ProClinx is truly the best!“

220 Tompkins Ave, Pleasantville“After graduating freshman year of high school, my daughter was playing national softball events. During one of the games, she tore her labrum on her non-throwing arm. DR. Brett was involved in the process from the beginning. After surgery, DR. Brett coordinated with the surgeon and recommended a physical therapist which my insurance covers. The additional specific physical therapy that DR. Brett provided was amazing. An injury that would normally have taken my daughter six months to return to the field and up to one year for full recovery, took just four months to return to playing and six months for her to be back at full strength. During this critical recruiting time, DR. Brett’s incredible knowledge and expert care on how to treat and then retain strength through the healing process was the deciding factor. If not for him, my daughter’s chances of obtaining a division one scholarship would be greatly diminished!Mike Papaleo“

But the people here are great to work with and I've seen wonderful results going here. I recommend to anyone in the area who needs PT.“

121 Towne St, Stamford“I can't recommend StretchLab enough. David, the GM, is incredibly kind, knowledgable, and always makes sure that clients have the best experience, based on their unique needs. Mark, the flexologist, is absolutely amazing. He mixes a combination of stretching and massage, based on his vast experience. I always leave feeling so much better! Over the years, I've gone to other stretching facilities and masseuses in NYC, but StretchLab exceeds all prior experiences. If you have any tightness or discomfort or just want to proactively start stretching more, StretchLab is the place to be! You won't regret it!“
“Very grateful for them in helping me become more functional just after one session! I am feeling positive choosing this practice.Thank you!“
“Jon is the best therapist in glen cove. I was skeptical about using a therapist because I didn’t know what to expect but Jon made such a difference to my knee. I couldn’t walk after my miniscus surgery and within 2 weeks I was walking without crutches . Each time I come here I feel like part of the family. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns. I love it here! Best therapist around this neighborhood hands down.“

90 Morgan St #203, Stamford“I had knee pain. The best care I have ever received for pain relief. I feel Dr Inglis cares about my health and his approach is to go to the root of the problem vs. putting a “band aid” on the issue. Also, I like the fact that he encourages non-invasive treatment first. Most doctors want to shoot you up with strong meds and injections and if that doesn’t work they want to do surgery. I like Dr Ingis’ approach. Everyone’s needs and issues are different and the key is to find a Dr who tailors the solution based on the individual. That is what Dr Inglis does.“
“Professional Physical Therapy is a great place for your PT needs, Charlotte is the best!“

6 Railroad Way, Larchmont“I’ve been training at Prime Performance pretty much since it opened.I love working out with my trainer Brandon Brown because he incorporates more than one method. I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. He has managed through out the years to keep things interesting and fun.Brandon’s expertise and outlook on fitness and life has helped my physical, emotional and spiritual growth over the years.“

41 Barker Ave, White Plains“Dr. Diamond is the best! He maintains a clean and professional office and always greets you with his warm personality. He is also extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining and administering your plan of care.“
“Dr. Desai is WONDERFUL. I just left my first PT consult and can't say enough about how friendly, warm and helpful she was. She put my mind at ease immediately and I'm already feeling better after our first session. Not only that, she was super flexible with scheduling and saw me same day with no problem. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a physical therapy provider.“
“Working with Ed has been incredibly helpful and truly transformative in my recovery from a herniated disc and bulging disc. After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. After just a few sessions with Ed, my pain had improved from a 9 down to a 2 (if not better), and my pain and strength only kept improving after that. He’s extremely knowledgeable and has helped me identify and understand the structural weaknesses that caused my injuries, allowing me to focus on recuperative and preventative exercises.“

“Development steps has been an excellent resource for our little one. We started by attending a free tummy time class where the staff could quickly tell our daughter had some tightness that was making tummy time unpleasant for her. We started seeing Emma at the PC location and week over week we made great progress. We worked on rolling, crawling, pulling up and now walking. Emma is great to work with and so patient and sweet with our daughter. We have had such a positive experience with Developmental Steps and highly recommend it.“
