“Hands down the best roofers around. My parents used them around a year ago and they did an excellent job and no issues to this day. I started construction on a new home and decided to give them a chance. They gave me an estimate on the spot and I decided to use them. A few weeks later I called to setup a time and they scheduled a time. Not only did they show up on time, but they contacted me the day before to remind me that they were coming. They showed up and got started immediately.Jimmy’s communication is excellent and all the guys do really good work. I wanted a few specific things done and didn’t have to remind them, and the did it exactly.Bottom line, they do great work and are a great company. I will never use another roofing company.“

“Allied installed 2 new bay windows in our home. Everything about the process went above and beyond our expectations. Joe came and gave us an estimate and walked us through the process. The price was reasonable and fair. We set up a day for installation (only a few days after we placed the order for the windows). Joe's crew was there on time and were all incredible. They were respectful of our home and so easy to work with. They were able to save our siding and match our roof and paint color perfectly. Everything looks amazing. “My wife and I decided it was time for a home renovation. We had reached out to 4-5 different Builders. Everyone one we spoke to on the phone seemed too “busy” for our business or didn’t think we were “real”. Until we meet Gary Z from Ambassador Home and Improvement. Not only did Gary come to our house a day after we called his office. He actually completed 2 houses on our block where we could see first hand how amazing him and his companies work actually is. As any couple would do, we had a few other contractors entertain us with their offers and services but didn’t feel the way we did when we met with Gary.Gary had set up an appointment for us to meet his team, we were not committed to Ambassador at this point. This appointment, in my eyes, was another way to try to close us. But Gary didn’t even talk about the project, it was more of a comfort level check and I 100% appreciated this. A project of this size, the amount of money behind it. It’s not something easy. He allowed us ask any questions and emailed us all responses, we had A LOT OF QUESTIONS, but he was able to answer it all.On December of 2021, We were down 2 contractors, Gary’s company and the other (wont mention their name). We went to see Gary, meet the team again, mostly all family, which I thought was amazing. After our 6th meeting we finally committed to using Gary and Ambassador Home and Improvement.He then introduce us to Lou T, our architect, another amazing guy in this whole process he was pretty much side by side with us the whole time CAN NOT THANK LOU T. enough for all his efforts and hard work!Doug F. our project manager, Doug was with us the whole ride. Step by step, piece by piece, tile by tile. He would constantly text us with updates or when items would arrive. He even went out of his way several times to meet delivery people at our front door if we weren’t available. Great guy, after 6 months of being in our house. We still stay in contact. He answers a lot of my dumb questions. Thanks Doug. Kudos to you.All is all, I rarely write out reviews. But the work and the customer service that Ambassador, Gary, Doug and Lou provide myself and my family was world class and wanted to share this with the public.
