They worked together with my chimney guy to coordinate the chimney demo and covering the roof. The chimney guy left by 10am, and the roofers were here by noon. “I had an absolutely first class experience with the team at NISI. Marvin came by to give me a free estimate and together with Rey put together a detailed quote with a very fair price. Once the work began between Rey, Marvin and Nelson someone from the ownership team was on-site every single day. They meticulously added 2 inch foam board insulation under the new siding that completely changed the house. After intermittent ceiling leaks from a prior roof replacement in 2003 that was subpar and having another local roofer try to repair the leaks in 2007, 2011, and 2017, we called Jaimie. “Hands down the best roofers around. My parents used them around a year ago and they did an excellent job and no issues to this day. I started construction on a new home and decided to give them a chance. They gave me an estimate on the spot and I decided to use them. “Can’t recommend DiCostanzo Home Improvements enough! Tony the owner is a honest, hard working and diligent man who pays attention to detail. He did my roof in Kings Park and we are damn glad he did, it came out amazing and was done the right way. Tony was the only roofer who explained how he needed to remove some siding and install ice shield up the outside walls and it would take some more time to get it done. Not one other roofer even mentioned they would do this, When I asked Tony he said that’s because it’s the right way and we take our time to do it right. On the last day when they were almost done (2 day job)Tony did not like the look of some flashing against my brick, it was water tight but according to Tony it was not aesthetically up to his standards. Most roofers would said screw it good enough and leave but he came back the next day and completely re-did it to make it not only look 100% but function 100%. “My wife and I decided it was time for a home renovation. We had reached out to 4-5 different Builders. Everyone one we spoke to on the phone seemed too “busy” for our business or didn’t think we were “real”. Until we meet Gary Z from Ambassador Home and Improvement. Not only did Gary come to our house a day after we called his office. He actually completed 2 houses on our block where we could see first hand how amazing him and his companies work actually is. As any couple would do, we had a few other contractors entertain us with their offers and services but didn’t feel the way we did when we met with Gary.Gary had set up an appointment for us to meet his team, we were not committed to Ambassador at this point.
