Tom was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in detail making sure I fully understood. I had asked if we could schedule the inspection at 5pm and honestly thinking it would be a rushed inspection because of how late in the day it was but he took his time and was there for almost 2 hours. When my husband met us there he took him through the whole house showing him everything him and I just got done looking at. He even told us if anything in the future goes wrong he had no problem coming over checking it out and telling us the best , correct and efficient way to go about it! If you need a inspector he is definitely your guy!
