I bought a foreclosed on property with a major mold issue in the last year and hired Pat to remediate the mold. Pat first tested numerous areas of the basement, discussed the results in detail with me. I then hired Pat to scrub down the entire basement followed by a final test to confirm the mold levels were minimal and safe. I highly recommend Pat as he did a great job and doesn’t use scare tactics like some companies.

The best home inspector out there. Very knowledgeable, answers all questions, down to earth, inspects everything within the scope of his practice. Highly recommend. Worth the cost:)
