Mabel and Emily met me with so much empathy, curiosity, and knowledge — and they’re totally up to speed on everything circulating in skincare media like fungal acne, Asian skincare, TikTok trends, and more.

Emily was so sweet, funny, and informative! I told her all of my concerns - and the crazy things I’ve tried for my skin - and she was so understanding and validating. I voiced liking some of the products I already use and even the ones she hadn’t heard of she literally researched them on the spot and gave me her honest feedback. She helped me figure out what I could keep, what might not be serving me, and suggested just a few targeted additions based on my skin’s actual needs. She did NOT push me to buy products, but instead reiterated the importance of keeping the routine simple, effective, and consistent for best results. Going into the facial, my biggest concern was texture. Emily explained that a major contributor - for me - was actually dehydration. Even though she explained it, I was skeptical. However, I decided to trust her process, and I’m so glad I did — because I walked out GLOWING like a glazed donut even after she went IN on the extractions! It’s the next morning and I’m still glowing — my skin feels so good I almost don’t want to touch it. However, one of the biggest things she taught me is that consistency is key, especially when it comes to the hydration my skin needs. So instead of skipping my routine, I’m choosing to honor the results by continuing to care for my skin with the same love and intention. This glow deserves to be nourished. Note: Her attention to detail was great — especially during the dermaplaning. She was so precise and intentional and even kept the tool nearby in case she noticed a spot that needed a final pass later on. She was fully present and committed to giving my skin exactly what it needed in every moment.“

“This is the cutest oasis spa I've been to. It is so cozy and cute. The owner really put her love into this space. It's a must-visit for a facial or any other spa interest you have. When I arrived, I felt a sense of professionalism and warmth. The owner was very knowledgeable and took her time. I had the best experience and will definitely be back for another self-care treatment. I even got an underarm wax and haven't had that done in years; it was done gently. Make your appointment and visit this spa; it won't disappoint.“

Sara’s space is calm and welcoming and she herself is warm and thorough – taking the time to sit with me before the service to understand my skin concerns and build a facial designed to address them all. The spa bed was heated and comfortable and in no time, I was fully relaxed – so much so that when the service was over, I felt like all my stress had melted away for the hour and I left with the most radiant, hydrated skin. “First time going to Iera and for a color correction. She did a fantastic job & I am Very Happy with the results! A month ago I did a demi at home and it came out Very dark. I then did a color remover with no results. I was referred to Iera by a friend (bc I loved her hair) and I could not be happier. She listens carefully and was very thorough with the options. I also appreciated the calm, pleasant atmosphere of the salon. It’s very clean, organized and plenty of free parking in the area. I will definitely go back for all my hair maintenance!“
