Katie Stoeckeler, owner of Peace in Piermont, joined us at ICSC to conduct a workshop around Selfcare & Mindfulness. Wow! We were so pleased with the information and tips that Katie provided, especially the supportive advice she shared about how parents can incorporate healthy selfcare habits into their children’s daily activities, too. The breathing exercises she taught us were helpful and calming. Our team members voiced their appreciation when receiving the selfcare note pads that Katie provided, saying it will help them prioritize daily intensions in a fun and creative way. everything was perfect. clean, charming, spacious. a retreat that we looked forward to returning to at the end of our very hectic, long days. host was helpful,informative and even had a cute water bowl for our dog. I really wasnt ready to leave....
