“I had an appointment with Charles Heating and Plumbing yesterday between 2 and 4 PM. Brian called ahead of time and asked if it would be ok to show up earlier than our scheduled appointment. I told him yes. Brian showed up 30 minutes early which was so great. He was very professional and very friendly. He had to replace some copper piping and put in new shut-off valves so that the delivery people from Home Depot could connect a new refrigerator-freezer I had purchased. He was extremely nice and went above and beyond the call of duty. He explained to me what he was planning on doing to complete the project. After he was finished he showed me what he had done. He showed me how to use the valves that he had put in. He even showed me where the new piping would connect to my new refrigerator-freezer. I would highly recommend Brian and Charles Heating and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Charles Heating and Plumbing should be proud to have Brian on their team. “I worked with Patrick from Integrity Plumbing and Drain Cleaning after a sewage backup in my basement. He was at my house within 24 hours to address the problem. He used a camera to investigate what was happening within the pipes and then jetted the system to clear it out. He kept me informed every step of the way, including showing me the camera feed the entire length of the pipes so that I could see the problem areas. His work was excellent and he took as much time as needed to thoroughly answer my questions about what had happened and what might happen in the future, given the condition of the pipes. He also provided a quick response when my insurance company reached out to him for details. He clearly always has a homeowner's best interests in mind and lives up to his company name.
