“I had an appointment with Charles Heating and Plumbing yesterday between 2 and 4 PM. Brian called ahead of time and asked if it would be ok to show up earlier than our scheduled appointment. I told him yes. Brian showed up 30 minutes early which was so great. He was very professional and very friendly. He had to replace some copper piping and put in new shut-off valves so that the delivery people from Home Depot could connect a new refrigerator-freezer I had purchased. He was extremely nice and went above and beyond the call of duty. He explained to me what he was planning on doing to complete the project. After he was finished he showed me what he had done. He showed me how to use the valves that he had put in. He even showed me where the new piping would connect to my new refrigerator-freezer. I would highly recommend Brian and Charles Heating and Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Charles Heating and Plumbing should be proud to have Brian on their team. Thanks Brian for doing such a great job.“

“Worked with Adam in the downtown Syracuse area today. I live in a condo complex and did not know where the main water shut off was for my individual unit, which left open the possibility that we were going to have to shut off everyone's water. Adam showed up and said he was "on a mission" to not do that - and proceeded to help me find my shut off (behind the stove), hook up a new fridge, and fix a running toilet all within an hour. Super helpful, professional, and quick. Highly recommended.“
