“After being away from home for 1 week, my wife and I returned home on Saturday, 8/24/24 only to find that our air conditioning system was not working. I immediately called Reiner Group Inc and received a call back from the on-call serviceman, Ken, who arrived at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem. My a/c compressor needed to be replaced and he also recommended that the air handler be replaced because of its age. He said he would refer the problem to Rich Sellitto, HVAC Engineer. Rich emailed me early Monday morning and presented me with several options. I called him and spoke with him at length about the options and we agreed verbally what I should do. He sent me a revised contract which I carefully reviewed and signed.
On Tuesday, Rich came to my house early in the morning and sketched out a plan for the installation of the new air handler in the attic. We reviewed everything that was going to be done. He answered all of my questions. He took the signed contract back to the office to expedite the process. He arranged for Ivan, the Installation Supervisor, to come to my house on Wednesday to see what materials would be needed. He arranged for the installation of the new a/c system to be done on Thursday, 8/29/24. Five days from beginning to end! This would never have happened without the expertise of Rich Sellitto! I consider him a trusted friend! Thanks Reiner!

“I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. “Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

“Tom and Olympic Heating did a Herculean job. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies.
