“I have practiced kumdo off and on for a few years at different locations, including in Korea. Of all the Masters who has taught me, Master Min is by far the best. Not only does he (and Master Lee) stress fundamentals of kumdo, which can easily be translated into any phases of life, but also - and more importantly - takes time to explain why. He and Master Lee are very knowledgeable and very personable.Although my current schedule doesn't allow me to practice now, I recently enrolled my two kids and have been very happy with this decision. My son, in particular, within a short period of time, has gained self-confidence. Martial arts can be monotonous at times, especially for kids. “I have always had an interest in MMA so I recently decided to find a gym that would meet my needs and this is the one. Before I began my membership with Arena Training Center, I took multiple trial classes at a few different gyms but none quite matched the culture and overall environment that ATC has. Despite no formal instruction besides a few boxing classes I was welcomed in with open arms by the coaches who all clearly have a passion for the sport and teaching it. From day one to now, every class challenges my physical and mental capacity altogether making me stronger day by day. I can’t say thanks enough to the coaches and classmates who are all helpful on my fitness journey.“
