Ray’s extensive experience in Jiu Jitsu incorporated with his personal life work in health and wellness set him up as an ideal fitness trainer for someone who is looking for strength, flexibility, and balance. My apprehension about working with a trainer (insecurities about my abilities) are immediately dissolved when working with him and replaced by peace of mind about the process and excitement about the results. Been going to this school for 4-5 years now. Great instructors who are very accommodating. Definitely a family environment which extends outside the dojo. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in learning martial arts and for general fitness.
