We haven’t had a single issue with our system in those two years, which is a huge departure of the previous few years. That being said, even though everything runs perfectly, we keep the maintenance checkup service because it’s so reasonably priced and provides a level of security knowing that any future issues will be resolved. We can’t say enough nice things about this company. They are always extremely responsive, setting up appointments is easy, and they are *GASP* always on time. They even confirm when they are near via text. We see them once in the fall, and once in the spring, and never in between because our system just works!“
