It's here that I commit to making the hour & 40min Metro-North train (+ N07 bus) ride from Brooklyn to have Steve Kaiser (IG: kaiser_tattooer), work his magic of bringing pieces to colorful life on my canvas body parts. “Was looking for shops by me and saw this spot had great reviews. On top of that, this place stuck out to me because he is 24/7 and can text the number on his website anytime. Very unique and a nice touch since nobody else offers that, and is appointment only. I appreciate the hustle very much. As for the tattoo- we went back and forth over text on a Sunday night at 10:30 pm. Fit me in the next day, and the tattoo came out great of course, even though it was just a quick one. “Fantastic place! I got my rook pierced by Anthony. I have nothing but good things to say about the actual piercing itself. It was quick and relatively painless and he seemed very educated about healing piercings in general. I really couldn’t believe how little pain I felt.
One tip before you go here - DONT buy the “cleansing set” or whatever, just walk down 50 ft. to target and get a saline wound care spray. That will save you a bunch of money.
The piercing itself was a 5 star experience, but I rated this place 4 stars simply because I think it’s overpriced. Before tip, the rook and jewlery was 100 dollars. I chose this place for convenience but the going rate in this area for just the piercing is usually 40-50 dollars, not 60. And a single simple titanium curved barbell being 40 is pretty expensive.
Overall, I had a great experience but their prices are a bit above mall piercing rates.“

“Omar is the best! I don’t have experience with the other artists but I have seen some of them tattoo and do great work as well. Omar is very accommodating, patient, skilled, and just overall a wonderful artist to work with and a great guy. Not to mention he’s super talented. He did a name cover up on my husband and you can’t even see the previous tattoo; it’s been completely erased! He has become my new go to tattoo artist.
