He took the time to help me think through my design and concept and brought my vision to life. What was most reassuring was the quality of ink he uses. INCREDIBLY, AMAZING TATTOO ARTIST. Caesar is so calm and makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in the door. His artistic eye and honesty is what makes you feel confident that you will walk away with a piece to treasure for a lifetime. He is patient, detail oriented and so kind. Adding all this to the fact that Caesar created and formulated his very own tattoo ink makes him BY FAR the Tattoo Artist of Choice! Caesar's ink has ZERO CARCINOGENS- he is so confident about his SAFE ink and choices of colors that he has a color palette of color options as a tattoo on his own forearm.
