“I had an appointment with Charles Heating and Plumbing yesterday between 2 and 4 PM. Brian called ahead of time and asked if it would be ok to show up earlier than our scheduled appointment. I told him yes. Brian showed up 30 minutes early which was so great. He was very professional and very friendly. He had to replace some copper piping and put in new shut-off valves so that the delivery people from Home Depot could connect a new refrigerator-freezer I had purchased. He was extremely nice and went above and beyond the call of duty. He explained to me what he was planning on doing to complete the project. After he was finished he showed me what he had done. He showed me how to use the valves that he had put in. He even showed me where the new piping would connect to my new refrigerator-freezer.
