“We've had Marshall Exteriors complete two projects for us, and I would highly recommend them. In 2019-20 they re-sided our house and replaced several windows. Their crew during that project was so professional - showed up at 8:10 on the dot every single morning, even when the roads were terrible, working through heavy snow and bitter cold. They were so fun and friendly - first time we've ever actually enjoyed contracting team in and out of the house. There were a few minor problems that needed to be corrected after the project was completed, and the project manager, Sean, always came as quickly as possible to correct the situation. He even came back 4 years after the completion of the project to tighten up a loose piece of stone facing, with no charge to us.
A few weeks ago, our aging shingle roof sprung a leak, and I called Kim (she's the best - always professional and super helpful!) to ask for a quote. She got someone here as quickly as possible, they put us right on the schedule, and within just a couple of weeks from the initial phone call, our new metal roof is complete and looks terrific. I can't say enough great stuff about Bill, the project manager for this. Super responsive and just an all-around nice guy. The work crew that did the job was punctual, quiet, and professional. They were also diligent about clean-up, which we really appreciate.

No review would be complete without a shout-out to their terrific office staff. Kim and Becky make stuff happen, and quickly!

“We had a couple companies to choose for a kitchen expansion and chose Dobbins and are glad we did over a year later. It was based primarily on the level of comfort we felt with Lucas and Sam during the initial meeting. They listened to what we wanted, gave us the pros and cons of each choice and we finally settled on a floor plan. It was quite different than we originally planned. The work was done during winter and supply issues brought problems (windows on backorder), but insulation and common sense made the space usable even with no heating in the room. When the windows arrived the electrical, plumbing, flooring, window framing, drywall and painting finished up quickly by some hard-working guys. We absolutely love this room. We were so pleased with the work, we had them put vinyl siding on the house and it is great too. I strongly recommend everyone to consider them for your home projects.“

“Our roof was a very challenging roof, complete with a spiral turret roof. They did all the structural repairs to the turret as well as the remaining very complex roof. We added copper for flashing which was a bit extra work. They did it with impressive skill. Their workmanship is beyond excellent. The workers were not only skilled but patient with changes that we needed made during the project. I can not recommend them more.“
