“We love Puppy Tale Lodge! This place is a gem. The staff is unbelievably kind, caring, and patient. We love how they let our large dog roam around after his bath instead of keeping him crated up. He always smells fantastic after. They do a great job cleaning his ears and cutting his nails. You can tell they really care for the dogs and like what they do. Would recommend to all looking for any grooming service. We feel so comfortable leaving our dog here for a few hours. They offer optional payment through an app, and notify you when your dog needs to be picked up. Puppy Tale Lodge also ensures all vaccinations are up to date which we really appreciate.“

They have reasonable pricing for daycare and I love that they actively post their daycare pups on instagram so I can see what my baby girl is up to. “My husband and I could not recommend Dog City enough. Our Golden Doodle, Carlos, began going to “school” at Dog City starting at 6 months old during the week and sometimes stay at “The Inn” for boarding. Carlos was so happy and excited to go every day and loved his Dog City family. Even better, we were residents at The Tate in Chelsea and benefited from Carlos being picked up and dropped off each day. We felt so happy and calm to be able to have Carlos there while we were at work or traveling. Dog City gave us daily report cards with pictures and updates that we always looked forward to! Carlos made many friends, both dog and human, and Carlos is a better socialized dog because of his time spent at Dog City.

Our experience with Dog City was truly great and we would recommend it to anyone looking for day care or boarding for their dog in NYC.“

“Atsuko visited for a consultation about my cat. My cat has lost a lot of weight. I have a veterinarian for medical treatment, but was at the point where I really needed more help. Atsuko has a strong feeling for animals. She made suggestions for ways to feed (not type of food, just how to provide the food), litter box placement, and calmed this anxious cat-mom down. Although she does not advertise it, she is an "animal-empath". I tried the ways of feeding and the litterboxes and other suggestions. So far, the results are good! Lily seems far more contented.“

“The owner takes a lot of pride in striving for five star service with both grooming and day care. Friendly staff, and excellent accommodations. Had a groom I needed for my mini schnauzer, and although they had to cancel last minute due to a conflict within their staff, the owner went over and beyond to make it up to me. Can't expect perfection all the time, but the way a business handles customer inconvenience speaks volumes to the character of their business and service. Camp canine did just that. Highly recommended!“
