“First daycare that Ella feels comfortable with, after having a not so great experience at another daycare nearby. She adores the tall gentlemen in the back who plays with the dogs. Highly recommend ! They’re so loving and caring there.“

“Just had our first visit and I am blown away!!! My 70-lb bully mix, Ferdinand, absolutely hates vet visits and this is the only office that made him feel comfortable enough to even be touched. Dr. East & Jessica were incredibly kind and understanding, even when Ferdie started to act out which I felt so bad about. He didn't need a muzzle during the exam which was shocking because we've tried 4 other vets in the city this year alone, and none of them were able to lay a single finger on him. Dr. East & Jessica sat on the floor with Ferdie and were super reassuring with him the entire time. Even when he started to snap at them, they were so calm and patient as opposed to all the other vets we've tried who got offended and refused to try comforting him. You can tell they truly love animals and had my dog's best interests in mind. The ladies at the front desk were also so lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone on the search for a new vet, especially if you have an anxious baby like mine. I am so grateful I found this office - finally one that I trust and plan to go back to. Khloe (our 2 year old mini goldendoodle) looked forward to her daily walks and the team took such good care of her. They loved Khloe like she was their own! They were also so attentive to her behavior (always letting us know if she behaved, had a stomach ache, etc.). We trusted them and Khloe absolutely loved every dog walker she had.“

“CCA have been fantastic for us with our bike reactive dog Ginny. We used their remote private training since we weren't in NY and it was still better than other trainers we've worked with in person. They're easily the most organized, they have amazing content, and they give you training tools that are easy to generalize to new issues that may pop up. Highly recommend“

“Just moved to the city and discovered Honey’s! She did an amazing job grooming my Samoyed and her care was super evident. He had surgery a few months ago so I asked her to be gentle around his incision. Her salon is also very clean and spacious. Will def come back!“

“I can't recommend Deanne enough. 4 months ago, I adopted a 5-month old puppy who had no prior training and severe leash reactivity to both dogs and people. Through working with Deanne, he now has a strong foundation in training and can walk through busy NYC streets with few issues. He also LOVES Deanne and her training sessions. Her love for dogs is so evident. Deanne focuses not only on dog training, but also on giving owners the tools they need to continue training in between sessions. She writes detailed summaries with instructions on how to progress further, and I have learned so much about dog training and behavior through her, even as a lifetime dog owner. Deanne uses a science-backed positive reinforcement approach which has been great in helping my nervous rescue pup build confidence. She constantly continues her learning through research and courses, and her passion for dogs shines through in her training. I feel so lucky to have found Deanne!“

“My husband and I could not recommend Dog City enough. Our Golden Doodle, Carlos, began going to “school” at Dog City starting at 6 months old during the week and sometimes stay at “The Inn” for boarding. Carlos was so happy and excited to go every day and loved his Dog City family. Even better, we were residents at The Tate in Chelsea and benefited from Carlos being picked up and dropped off each day. We felt so happy and calm to be able to have Carlos there while we were at work or traveling. Dog City gave us daily report cards with pictures and updates that we always looked forward to! Carlos made many friends, both dog and human, and Carlos is a better socialized dog because of his time spent at Dog City.

Apple loved her daily walks and I knew Apple was in good hands. The paws reports we received after the walk was a highlight in my day. “This business is wonderful! They are an amazing group of genuine dog lovers! I am fostering a dog who needed his nails cut and I was nervous to do it myself. D. could be reactive, especially around other dogs. Bruno immediately came out to socialize with him to make him comfortable before taking him to the back. He efficiently and lovingly clipped his nails, and D. was totally good! And (!) they thanked me for fostering and didn't charge me! Really so kind!“

“The owner takes a lot of pride in striving for five star service with both grooming and day care. Friendly staff, and excellent accommodations. Had a groom I needed for my mini schnauzer, and although they had to cancel last minute due to a conflict within their staff, the owner went over and beyond to make it up to me. Can't expect perfection all the time, but the way a business handles customer inconvenience speaks volumes to the character of their business and service. Camp canine did just that. “Wow! We have a 3-yr old Pomeranian and have had dozens of groomings over the years throughout NYC. Geneveve at Biscuits and Bath delivered the single best grooming our pup has received. I didn't exactly know what style I wanted with the NY summer but Geneveve took the time to show me pics and examples. And Coconut (our pup) came out happy, which is super rare in the grooming industry. He was treated well and come out looking great. Highly highly recommend and will definitely be going back for routine groomings. Thank you Geneveve!“
