Came here for the very first time late last month for a Trim. I must say this is the cleanest and most professional hair salon I've ever stepped foot in. My designated hair stylist was Carline, who was so sweet and thorough during my entire experience here. She would constantly reiterate the products she's using and the reason behind the usage. Also, she explained the benefits behind using particular hair products. Carline cut about an inch of my hair off in a healthy manner. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience here, especially the amazing recommendations she provided me with to incorporate into my haircare regimen. This salon is a bit pricey so I'm not entirely sure that I will be back but I appreciate the phenomenal customer service.

I really enjoyed my experience at Next Vanity. Once you get through the sketchy elevator (totally thought I was going to get stuck in there), you will enter this beautiful salon. I love salons where I don't have to wait all day to get seated/styled. My stylist was on time and got me going right away. The salon itself is very modern and has plenty of seating room for clients while they wait to get seated. I also love that this salon is conveniently located in Herald Square, which makes it super easy to get to if I'm coming from work. The only downside to my experience was that there was no receptionist the day I came for my appointment so I had to stand outside a while before someone could buzz me in. Other than that, I'm looking forward to returning to this lovely salon.
