They worked with our budget and helped educate us on diamond grading and ring designs so we could customize our ring. After we selected the design, they coordinated execution with my boyfriend so the proposal was a surprise 5 months later. The ring is beautiful! It looks so much better than I imagined and the craftsmanship is immaculate. They even resized it at no additional charge after the proposal due to weather impacting my finger size. The process was very smooth, thanks to their customer service!“
