My fiance and I custom designed my engagement ring at Bianca Jewelers. From the very beginning of the process, Allen listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions to help us narrow down on the perfect stone and setting. While I knew at the outset that I wanted a three-stone setting, there were a number of design elements and wearability factors that Allen was able to raise, which ultimately helped us make informed decisions on the final design. He was incredibly patient, professional, and just a complete pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Bianca Jewelers. To its credit, Bianca is family owned, has the friendliest staff, combined with expertise and vast sourcing of beautiful, high quality materials. My fiance and I visited a broad range of jewelers - from Tiffany down to the diamond district and elsewhere in the city. Bianca was by far the best in all categories that mattered. For us, the proof was in the fact that despite knowing the design details down to every fraction of a millimeter, when we finally saw the ring in person, it took our breath away. Allen and his team knocked it out of the park! I went to Allen for an engagement ring and every single step of the way he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was amazing with his pricing, his communication, and made this stressful event completely stress free. Not only did he and his team earn my love and respect but also my future business and all family and friend referrals. Thanks again for everything, my fiancée will not take the ring off! I got so many compliments about the ring but all the praise belongs to Bianca Jewelers! My fiancée and I will be back next year for our wedding bands!!! I added some pictures for reference but they don't even do the ring, the clarity or the color justice.
Bianca jewelry's went above and beyond when I needed extra help! The sales associate stayed after closing AND walked the necklace to my girlfriend's apartment and secretly dropped it off! The jewelry here is absolutely stunning and the staff is even better! I will be a life time customer!
