“Living in East Harlem for over 5y - it was about time to find a great places for tailoring/fixing. I'm glad I decided to look on Google instead of going to the place I used to go in the UES. Cindy was so nice and kind, and explained all the services they offered. I had to pants to trim and in my experience, their prices are fair! The turnaround was quick too - like 2 or 3 days - and I got my pants perfectly fixed and pressed. Highly recommend this place!“

“I tried to wash my Aritzia Super Puff jacket at home, following the website’s care instructions, which said DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Unfortunately, the jacket didn’t fully dry, and the goose feathers inside developed mold, creating an unbearable smell that made it unwearable. Desperate for a solution, I brought it here, and the owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He reassured me that he would use low heat to prevent any damage and would apply specialized cleansing solutions to eliminate the odor. When I picked up my jacket today, I was amazed—the smell was completely gone, it looked spotless, and it felt brand new. I will definitely be bringing my Super Puff here for cleaning in the future. The $35 cost was worth it to restore my jacket without risking further damage.“
