I went to PP for the first time ever and I was extremely impressed with everything. From the friendliness to how helpful the nurse and doctor were. Everything was easy peasy and I felt super comfortable.

excellent care. despite being very busy, all the staff was extremely kind from the physicians assistants to the doctor. i am so appreciative of the help they provided me. thank you so much!

Although the staff is friendly, and courteous and the location is clean with less people. I had an appointment at 12:15pm. I arrived at 12:09pm and still have not been seen at 1:45pm. There is hardly anyone here. And 2 women who came in after me, went before me and my chart was not even in queue.This is disconcerning and frustrating as I came in for a procedure/checkup I have done plenty of times before in less time than this. I set an appointment up- I should be seen close to that appointment time-otherwise whats the point of an appt if its almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment and I still have yet to be seen.
