I honestly had an excellent experience here with the staff. I felt they cared and answered all of my questions and concerns. My only complaint is towards management, you guys really need more staff. The doctor and the rest of the ladies work pretty hard. They deserve more help, the doctor timed herself and even though the alarm went off, she did not rush and treated me with respect and compassion, explained my birth control options and in any moment she was rushing even though she knew she was falling behind. So please get more staff, they all deserve it.

I am excited to say this planned parenthood has redeemed themselves ! All the way down to the reception interaction!!! My doctor Elinor Removed My nexplanon implant of 4 YEARS , when I originally got it inputted it was terrible doctor didn't allow my numbing to kick in so I've been terrified of the removal process ever since UNTIL TODAY! Doctor E definitely made my worries leave as soon as she assured me I'd feel no pain & I didn't feel any she was very kind & concerned once I shared me previous experience & we had a convo about our favorite genre of movies lol , THANK YOU!

I honestly don't know why this place has horrible reviews, must be different shift people ? Today was my first time in pph at Mt.Vernon, and the front desk person, Maria, was very nice and polite , loved her hospitality. It took maybe 30-40 mins to get called in and there were 2 people ahead of me which i think is not soo bad. While inside I had a nurse she was also nice , didn't get her name very attentive to what I wanted and the reason for being there. Now let me get started with Eleanor , the provider, she was amazing , we had a nice talk , enjoyed her personality she made my visit so quick , easy , painless , and informative. I would definitely be back!
