Beyond satisfied. I hired the team to do a demo and renovation of my kitchen. When I hired them I wasnt sure of how much I would spend on this project. However, the handy team walked me through this process in a breeze. The owners explained the importance of having a budget and a clear design plan. I paid around for my custom kitchen design but it was worth it because a clear design ensured that my remodel will go smoothly AND it did! I would hire them again.

I come to Utica a lot for work and have tried other nail salons without much luck. After reading reviews I went here and used Tina. I’m very picky about my nails and only go to one person at home. I was so happy I found this place and Tina. My nails are amazing and going back for a pedi later in week.

Wonderful experience! I wasn’t sure how to get what I wanted (I’m not a nail girlie) and showed her an inspo picture. The original nail tech I was with said, very honestly, that it was out of her range and sat me with someone else who did more illustrations on nails. Tina (12) KILLED it and was so nice and helped me understand gel/dip/acrylic and what I should get to accomplish what I wanted. Will be coming back!
Once again Tina did her Thang with my real natural nails. This my 4th visit & my fingers are not straight. I love how she really takes her time. Good person to talk to also..

First I started to take my niece here because they did braids . Then they did her cuts & trims too . Each person has done a really great job on her hair . I had a trim and have had braids and both were done great . Hairdressers make sure you are comfortable and that as they go you are happy with the work being done . My sister also goes to and it’s really a great salon . The prices are reasonable & they offer many services. For years I avoided this place thinking it’s a “ mall salon “ now I wish I had discovered it sooner . It’s definitely worth a visit .

My hair was damaged from home coloring & medical issues but she & Nicole recommended products to condition/protect my hair & ideas to protect the new growth. My hair is getting there...but looking the best in over 20 years!

I have been coming to Personal Touch for years. I have done multiple facials and massages and everyone has been absolutely amazing. This place is clean, professional, and I have never been disappointed. The prices are fair compared to some other places. I paid more at the casino spa and still liked my massage at Personal Touch better. I will always recommend this place. Thank you for being consistent and providing me with beautiful skin after my facial.
I go there for my tattoos when a visiting artist is there, but all of the artists are good, friendly and patient from what I've witnessed. The shop is clean. Each artist has their own pricing, I believe. So you'll want to get with them on the cost.
Requested style: From what I have witnessed, they're honest about what styles they can do. There are several artists in the shop, so if one can't, perhaps another could.
Cleanliness: Clean shop, plenty of trash cans available. Artists clean their stations after each session and use sterilized equipment. Everything is done new for each session (wrapping up the tattoo gun, fresh needles, fresh wipes, fresh ink, etc).
Loved my first session with Ian. Very professional and a great artist. Can’t wait to go back and have him complete more.
