I have used their services for a year and today decided was the day to dive into real skin care. Was the best thing I’ve ever done. Autumn is incredible and really guides you to what you need. My skin feels like I’m ten years younger. I’m literally glowing.I can’t say enough good words to explain how much better you will feel after leaving there. The staff is beyond the best. The services are professional and they use the best products on you. Utica is beyond lucky to have a place of this caliber here.

Such a beautiful little salon. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I love the convenience of making appointments online as well. I have gone now for 2 special events for hair and makeup and a haircut. I will absolutely be back to see Gianna, she is so kind and a wonderful stylist and makeup artist! Can't wait to go back for color services next.

Where do I even begin? I stumbled upon this place just by way of driving by it to visit my husband at work at least twice a week. I was still driving an hour to Syracuse to get my hair done and just needed something closer to home after having my kids. I figured I’d give it a shot! I walked in and immediately felt like I was at an upscale spa. The ambience is wonderful - it smells good, it’s clean, there is always good music playing, and they have what I would compare to a “Schitts Creek Apothecary” right off the waiting room.
