I was extremely nervous coming here for the first time, but I felt very welcome.
The waiting room gets a bit dark for some reason if theres no activity out there, but the lady at the front desk was very nice. Taniya, the person working with me, was very reassuring. As was Ethelyn. Both very kind people that quelled my anxious feelings and were willing to answer any questions I had. I was also able to start my treatment immediately and not be interrogated like I worried I would be.
Highly recommend if you're interested in starting HRT or any other services offered by them. Looking forward to my next visit!
The staff here was very kind to me. Taniya was attentive and knowledgable. Krissy was very helpful. Ethelyn was professional and so nice as well. It really made for a good experience. I felt very comfortable.
