“I've been using DriveTech for a number of years and the issues always get resolved. I trust them, they're smart, analytical, and on top of their game. On Monday, President's Day, DriveTech was closed, and I was unable to connect to any networks, my laptop was down. I was recommended to Best Buy's Geek Squad. I went to onr of their downtown stores and explained what happened. The technician ran a series of diagnostics, nothing worked. I was told I could leave it overnight and someone would run additional diagnostics the next day, cost would be approximately $90.00 or I could purchase a membership for 1 year at $195. I left dissapointed and took my laptop to DriveTech Tues morning. Within a coupe of minutes I was told I have no wifi, a minute later wifi was back, as were all my network options.
