“I can't overstate how great these guys are, both in service and price. Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. Last week I had to replace my entire HVAC system(Labor Day Weekend no less) and there was absolutely no reason to shop price or consider another service provider, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!
Reasonable prices, service second to none and when they replaced my system, they worked clean and even rerouted some wiring and a duct to make for a cleaner and neater utility room.

“We highly recommend Steven at Mainstream Plumbing & Heating. Our first experience with Mainstream Plumbing & Heating was in 2020 during Covid when we lost hot water in our house. Our previous plumber went out of business and luckily Steven was available. He diagnosed the issue and explained that we needed a new water heater. Even though supply was tight, he was able to find a new Rheem water heater and install it quickly. We previously bought a warranty extension kit for our old water heater and even though previous plumber installed it, Steven promised to file claim with manufacturer to reclaim money for us. Throughout the years he has fixed the toilet flush valves in 2 of our bathrooms, fixed clogged bathroom sink and replaced the drain and replaced a leaking shower fixture. Most recently he troubleshooted the loss of water pressure in our kitchen and discovered that the shut off valves had failed and discharged debris towards the faucet causing a blockage issue. Steven's work is impeccable and he is always prompt, clean and utilizes the best materials. He explains the problem clearly and provides fair estimates given his expertise and quality of work. “We had 2 sewer line backups into our finished basement in 2 months. The 1st company did not fix the problem but Ray Rooter, who we called after the 2nd incident certainly did. They came unclogged the line and using a camera and sonar found a damaged line. They came back to excavate & remove the 20ft damaged line & replaced it with PVC all in one day. They were professional, efficient and thorough. They covered and raked the trench replacing the sidewalk slab without damaging it. I highly recommend Ray Rooter.“

The water heater is 15 years old so it needed replacing. He was able to manually lite the pilot as a temporary fix.
