Gridiron is a one of a kind place, the trainers, Frank, Max and Niko become like family when you patronize it. They have allowed me to reach a new fitness level and feel even better than I thought I could. I highly recommend Gridiron, you won’t be disappointed!
I used to train with Frank at the Flushing location over 11 years ago. I was happy to find Gridiron again so many years later on a google search. After 3 sessions Frank and his team have me back on track. Can’t wait to see my results and strength gains a few months from now.
