The Pilates Reformer class with Shannon George was amazing!!! I was in a trio with two other students. We each had different range of motion and spring tension and she gave each of us AMAZING cues and personal attention to hit our cutting edge!!! I loved it! Her playlist was subtle but awesome and her energy was so uplifting ? I’m still chuckling at her clever cueing names and positive energy. Hooked!! Can’t wait for next session. My body feels so good from just one session!!!!! Thanks Shannon!!
What's there to say except Love! We bring our little 14 pound dog at least once a week and he loves it! Toby plays hard with the big dogs and we've always felt he is in good hands. You can tell the dogs are well cared for.

Of course our central air conditioning system decided to quit during what feels like the hottest week ever! I had heard great things about AFM Climate Works and decided to give them a call. The owner of the company, Adam, answered the call and showed up when he said he was going to! Based in Millbrook, he came all the way out to Stormville. He shared that his services all of Dutchess County. My husband and I were so pleased with his knowledge of our system and truly couldn’t have had a more exceptional experience. He replaced our fried capacitor, spruced up the unit and was on his way! We now feel like we have an HVAC company we can rely on when our next HVAC need arises. First of all, this is one of the few doctors offices where I never feel rushed, and the exam always feels incredibly thorough. Dr Peryea always kindly shows me the photos of my eye, explaining both the anatomy and function, and what the issues may be. I love the selection of frames and the lovely people that help me pick out just the perfect look. I also happen to really love the Millbrook location. Easy to park, quaint little shops, and charming park right down the road. Love it there.
