“I have nothing but great things to say about All Shore Plumbing. I called at 8am for a leaking kitchen drainpipe in my crawl space and someone was at my door at 9am. Jason came in and assessed my situation. I have zero knowledge with plumbing, I expected a quick cut out of a length of pipe and a PVC insert. Jason explained to me that the entire drain stack was galvanized pipe, and it was 70 years old. It all would be prone to failure, and it should be replaced. I was a little doubtful, but he made sense. He explained all my options and there was no hard sell. I went for the entire stack just to at least avoid future problems. I am so glad that I did! As Jason cut and removed the old piping you could see that it was corroded severely on the inside and was easily going to be an issue. Now I have an entirely new PVC drain stack and all of my drains are actually draining faster than ever. He even added two clear outs to the stack to make snaking the main drain as simple as possible if it is ever necessary. I am very satisfied and will use this company for any further plumbing or heating issues I may have.“

“My main sewer line backed up, once again. Anthony came out within an hour of me calling. He was professional and courteous. He snaked the line and then sent a camera into the pipe to show me what is causing the backup. He said that the roots from my tree on the lawn were growing into the line causing the pipe to become blocked. I asked about reaming the pipe and unfortunately because it's Orangeburg it will collapse if I try to ream it. He suggested replacing the sewer line from house to street. I'm having them come to give me an estimate this week along with a few others. Although they're a little more pricey than the past few guys that I had come and snake the line, I definitely recommend using them.“

“Jim and his team have done a number of jobs for us in our house over the last few years including adding an extension on our house, multiple bathroom remodels, basement remodeling after signifcant water damage, mold removal and protection from 3 bedrooms, new driveway and front railing and more. I was out of state and had to handle this via phone. I was given a price which I accepted. After the job, I was told the job was less than anticipated and it would only be half the price quoted. “My old house water main valve was "frozen" stuck. I got two quotes to fix it.The first company proposed just changing out the valve. They quoted 30% lower than Rudco, BUT they didn't address my 1950s galvanized water main line to house.Rudco's quote covered the full job - doing it right. Steve at Rudco said he would not do it any other way than the right way, as if it was his own house. Steve said there was risk that a valve-only job could fail.So I went with Rudco. They did a great job, and didn't even need to dig up the grass or disturb anything - using a mechanical extruder to replace the line. So, I have a new line from the city service right through to the interior of my house.Rudco impressed me and gave me peace of mind.“

“I received 2 estimates. The original one was $1,260.57. I saved a screen shot of this estimate. The following day I received another estimate for over $1,800 with no explanation why the price changed overnight (even though I sent an email requesting an explanation regarding why the price went up over $600.00).

It initially took 2 days and 4 phone calls just to get a service man here for a diagnostic of the issues with my ac. I was charged $150 for that, and I was told I would have an estimate by Friday later in that day, or possibly Monday. Again, after many phone calls with many mixed messages contradicting each other, I did not hear back from this company with an estimate for 6 days, then finally the 2 different estimates consecutively with the price jumping from $1200+ to $1800+ overnight, with no explanation why, even though I requested one.

I have a 10 year warranty on my air handler and I asked one of the women I spoke to, why this wasn't covered under the warranty? This ac was only installed in 2017, but I've had to call for service for the past 3 seasons each summer. This brand new ac only worked for 4 years without any issues until 2021. This unit required service every summer following 2021 (2022 through current 2024). The woman I spoke with said she was going to discuss my 10 year warranty with a manager, yet she never got back to me regarding this??.... I only received 2 different estimates through emails, with a note attached explaining that the estimate price can go up at anytime during service and I'm obligated to pay no matter how much this price may escalate. Who in their right mind would ever sign such an agreement???.....especially after all the mixed contradicting messages I'd been receiving from All Weather over the course of 6 days during a heat wave, while I had no working air conditioning. Needless to say I would NEVER do business with this company. My experience with All Weather was AWFUL. Your prices are OUTRAGEOUS. I was told that my internal drip pan was leaking and it would take all day to fix with several technicians, and would cost me over $1,800.00 and possibly even more?

I had a private HVAC technician come for a second opinion. He explained to me that my drip pan was NOT leaking. There was NO diagnostic fee. He came the same day I called him. He had the air conditioning unit fixed and up and running within an hour. I was charged $450.00. He was appalled by their billing methods.

What is the sense of having a 10 year warranty if nothing is covered? The estimate for the service they claimed was necessary would have cost me nearly one quarter of what I paid for the entire system to be installed. Why would an internal drip pan start leaking after only 4 years of use, for only 3 months of use each year?

A new plastic pipe that was clogged was installed on this unit. The pipes were cleaned out. A new sensor switch was installed. The unit needed to be pitched a bit for better drainage. I feel that this company had taken advantage of my situation. I'm a senior widow on a fixed income and could never have afforded this service. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company.

I was also told that they were going to call me and try to rectify this problem after I complained. I never received a call from them.

On 9-13-24, I was grateful to receive a $160.00 visa gift card from all weather, which basically covered the cost of the original diagnostic fee charged to me. After several apologies via phone calls and emails, explaining why all the unfortunate circumstances occurred, I was mailed a gift card for the inconveniences I had experienced. This company seems to stand behind their customers, even when dissatisfied. For this reason I am changing my 1 star rating to a 4 star rating. Thank you All Weather for the Gift Card/refund.“

This is a family business, with the clear commitment and desire by all involved to build a professionally run firm that is well suited for working with homeowners. I’ve met the owner, Jason, his son Jason, and their supporting team member Alberto. They are sincere, helpful, clear(!), fair, honest, neat (everything was carefully cleaned) and clearly in command of their plumbing skill. I had a tough job for them, and they kept at it until everything was resolved optimally and efficiently given the tight space challenges. I didn’t know them since they were sent to fix a leak by the general contractor who did my bathroom, but I’m planning to make them my plumber for all future needs, including annual service on the boiler and tankless hot water heater (which requires expertise).
