This is our first experience with Perry, we had an emergency pipe that cracked. He was reliable, meticulous, investigated to find the source of the problem, he didn’t just go and cut, and make a Mess. He also explained what he was looking for and walked us through the process. Perry took the time to answer my many questions, and did it with a smile! He fixed our damaged pipe and a couple other things we knew we needed to fix. His prices were fair and honest. Ill try to make a long story short. Perry from Perrys plumbing went above and beyond and I cant thank him enough. Over the last 6 plus months we have had a leak from the upstairs bathroom dripping through the ceiling down stairs. It was so frustrating because the leak was not constant. It would leak one day, and then not leak for weeks. I had 3 mechanics come over and try to solve this issue. The first ran the water in the shower, flushed the toilet, ran the sink, but couldn't recreate the leak. So he put some caulking on the inside of the shower stall. Eventually it leaked again. Perry had installed a new shower cartridge in August. He told me he would guarantee it for one year. It broke after 5 months and he replaced it quickly and with no charge whatsoever.
