“This place has helped me so much for the better. I was jumped my freshman year of highschool and was very weak. Along the way I have learned a lot from coaches like Don, Jim, Dan, Kyle and Scott. not only do I know how to defend myself but have gained many friends in the process It makes learning so much easier when you have almost a family to help you everyday get better physically and mentally. Thank you coach Don for introducing me into the Muay Thai program and making this place so comfortable to be. The jujitsu program offers a side to sports that I could get until I met these people along with their kyokushin and judo program. Everyone has a different way of teaching and different ways to look at things I recommend this gym to anyone in need of protection whether it be mentally or physically. “We had my son’s birthday party here! Master Park was organized and wonderful with the kids. He lead 20 kindergarteners in fun games and taught them some Tae Kwon do, while keeping their attention and focus. Park remembered every child’s name and made sure they were all having fun. Everyone wanted to stay longer!“

“Love, love this karate school!! The instructors are fabulous . They are super patient and kind. My daughter has attended this school for almost 2 years and she absolutely loves it. My daughter is very shy but I love that they always try to get her to come out of her shell. The instructors are amazing with all students , especially the children with special needs. Roland and Cassie are fantastic getting these sometimes challenging students to where they need to be in class. Always professional!! I can’t say enough about these wonderful people. “I am relatively new here - 8 months, but so far I am very pleased with this school. You can tell that Eddie really cares about his students and really strives to get the most out of everyone. The quality of instruction is unparalleled, no matter which of the black belts are teaching. I am continually learning and my progression is steady. Like i said- Eddie has the ability to get the best out of everyone… not an easy task.My 7 year old also attends and for anyone who has kids understands that teaching anything to children is super difficult. Eddie has an innate ability to relate to the kids and my son loves coming. For this I am forever grateful.EFJJA provides seminars for free to students: seminars provided by some really big names too (Gracie, machado, etc). What more can you ask for? This is a really nice bonus.Really happy I joined, just wish I had done this earlier. I am over 40 but, never too late I guess.
