“This place has helped me so much for the better. I was jumped my freshman year of highschool and was very weak. Along the way I have learned a lot from coaches like Don, Jim, Dan, Kyle and Scott. not only do I know how to defend myself but have gained many friends in the process It makes learning so much easier when you have almost a family to help you everyday get better physically and mentally. Thank you coach Don for introducing me into the Muay Thai program and making this place so comfortable to be. The jujitsu program offers a side to sports that I could get until I met these people along with their kyokushin and judo program. Everyone has a different way of teaching and different ways to look at things I recommend this gym to anyone in need of protection whether it be mentally or physically.
