AC had a clog, water dripping into my kids room. With 2 kids under 2 years old, in the middle of the “heat dome” I wasn’t hopeful that we’d getting it fixed on a Saturday. They came a couple hours after contacting their office and fixed the issue within an hour. Couldn’t be happier with the service and promptness. Thank you!

I was in shock when I saw these reviews. I have had nothing but great experiences with JB Cool. They installed an AC unit 20 years ago and it still works like new. I decided to switch my yearly contract to Homeserve 3 years ago simply due to their cheaper price. However, on 8/12/21 my unit broke down. Homeserve tried to hit me up for over $1000 worth of freon (without so much as checking the pressure) and strongly recommended a new AC unit. I called JB Cool for a second opinion. The owner, John, came over same day, told me no freon was needed (he did a pressure test, Homeserve did not). Problem was simply a dirty condenser which he cleaned up and voila!, everything running smoothly! Thank you, John, you've been nothing but honest and professional for 20 years! I'll gladly pay extra for your contract going forward. You get what you pay for and you easily saved me over 10G with your honesty.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Sean came 8 years ago and replaced the outside unit. Today, Dan came and charged the unit. Both were polite and came within the window of time specified. I would recommend this company.
